Tomorrow Might Be Different

 Tomorrow Might Be Different

Today I have nothing, just silence and air,
No riches, no laughter, no hand in my care.
The world passes by with a glance, not a call—
I'm standing, yet feel like I’m nothing at all.

But tomorrow—who knows?—might shine with new light,
A love in the doorway, kids holding me tight.
A purpose that burns like a sun in my chest,
A job that fulfills me, a home where I rest.

Today is a shadow, but shadows don’t last.
The future is not just a dream of the past.
So I’ll walk through this night, hold tight to the flame—
Tomorrow might call me by a brand-new name.
